I am sorry Sir,in absence of a valid reason we can not book ticket and for Chancellor' a visit to University reasons are very clearly defined in the Act, a copy of which has been given to you.

I congratulate you for the "Urdu Creative Writing Workshop"! This is something close to my heart as also discussed last time at MANUU. I would love to be a part of its concluding session on September 10, 2018, Monday. Kindly book a ticket, any late evening or  night flight on September 9 and departure on same day at night. Sorry Sir not possible for the reason mentioned in earlier message. Please read MANUU act. Besides, Chancellor ship of a Central University is a high office which heads Convocation and Court meetings. Kindly take it this way only. On these occasions you will be invited as a dignitary. That's how it goes. You asked me in our first meeting to tell you how to conduct yourself in this position, hence I am clarifying. However if you wish to handle it your own way, something our previous Chancellor also did( being ignorant of this high office) I will not be able to join you in any of your such visits to University in my capacity as VC because that would mean VC's  endorsement of your extra constitutional ( wrt MANUU act) activities.

Sir, please don't compare me to anyone. Nevertheless, i am obliged to you for your tethering and apprising me of my constitutional rights and duties!

Aslam:
Sir it's not " my tethering", it is the decorum of the high office you have been bestowed with. That you see it this way is not appreciable.

इस पूरे मामले पर जब वतन समाचार ने डॉ असलम परवेज़ से बात चीत की तो उन्हों ने कुछ भी कहने से इंकार कर दिया.
